As custom-made products, these eyeglasses are crafted with precision and care, according to your specific prescription and preferences. Given the personalized nature of our products, we would like to clarify our refund policy:

1. Prescription Accuracy Guarantee:

We take great pride in our commitment to delivering eyeglasses that precisely match your prescription and specifications. If you find any discrepancy or error in your prescription glasses, please contact us within 14 days. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it. In cases of prescription inaccuracy, we will gladly provide a replacement pair or a full refund.

2. Quality Assurance:

Our team maintains stringent quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process. We use premium materials and advanced technology to create eyeglasses that meet the highest industry standards. If your custom prescription glasses arrive with defects in materials or workmanship, we will rectify the issue or issue a full refund.

3. Change of Mind:

As bespoke products, our custom prescription glasses are created to your exact specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or if you simply decide that you no longer want the product. Please make sure to double-check your prescription and preferences before placing your order. We encourage you to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns about your order prior to purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Custom prescription glasses are typically manufactured shortly after the order is placed. If your order has not entered the production process, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a full refund. However, once production begins, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

5. Return for Warranty Claims:

Our custom prescription glasses come with a warranty against manufacturing fault (for single vision – 6 months, for varifocals – 1 year). If you experience issues related to the quality of materials or workmanship after wearing your glasses, please reach out to us, and we will assess your case under our warranty policy.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning your glasses.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your glasses.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned glasses, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeframe:

Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of your refund once we receive the returned glasses. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Some items, such as shipping fees, custom tinting, and any additional coatings, are non-refundable
