We are sure you will love your new glasses but if you have any concerns or questions, get in touch. We will be able to help you with styling and sizing queries or suggest an alternative to make sure you have a great experience.

NON-RESCRIPTION LENSES

Non-prescription glasses with original demo lenses can be returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition.

PRESCRIPTION LENSES

As prescription lenses are bespoke products, we cannot offer a refund for any change of mind. We want to you to be able to see through your glasses without any issues, but if you don't get along with them, bring them back and we will sort any issues out for you. At Pop Specs we are making your spectacles to the current prescription presented. However, we appreciate that sometimes people do not get on with a new prescription and may need it adjusted. In such circumstances we will happily replace the lenses within 30 days, standard cost may apply.

For non-standard orders (high minus or plus lenses, varifocals or bifocals) a 30-day full refund will only be issued if there is a fault with the product. If a refund is desired for any other reason it will be issued, minus the cost of the lenses.

*Please note that we cannot offer a refund on any custom orders. 

FAULTY GOODS

In the highly unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as you can  either by popping by the kiosk or email us at  customerservice@pop-specs.com to discuss the next step. All faulty items will be inspected upon receipt and we will contact you to discuss the best resolution for you.

Process For Refund:

Any approved refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please bring your receipt or proof of payment.
