Fabulous service from Mikayla and Maariyah have been absolutely wonderful. Really helped me to choose the right style, added confidence in a purchase that I was worried about making on my own. They were extremely fast at producing my glasses with the prescription lenses. And they are a great standard.  I cannot recommend highly enough. Had my eyes tested at a well known opticians but couldn't find the right frames i wanted. Saw this store whilst walking through Meadowhall on the off chance. Was spoilt for choice with all the frames to choose from! I liked how the staff dont pressure you or try to sell extras & all the pricing info is clear displayed so you know exactly what your getting. Great service from Will and John, first time getting glasses so was unsure what would suit style wise, the guys took time to go through all the frame styles and gave unpressured advice re what would and wouldn't be a good fit.  Glasses were ready within 20 minutes in comparison to over a week wait elsewhere.  Great service and can see why the dragons invested in the concept!  Also they offered a 15% BLC discount which was an extra bonus!
