⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from a True Gem!

Karen at the Pop Specs kiosk in the Glasgow shopping mall is an absolute gem! I was visiting Glasgow from the US for just one day when I realized I had left my glasses at home. I honestly thought I was out of luck and never imagined I could get a new pair so quickly. Karen came to my rescue and made me a beautiful new pair of glasses in just 20 minutes!

Beyond her incredible skill and efficiency, Karen was so friendly, accommodating, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the highlights of my trip. I was absolutely amazed by the quality of the glasses and the speed of the service.

Even better, I still get compliments on my new glasses! That says it all.

Karen went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough. She is a true professional with a wonderful personality, and Pop Specs is lucky to have her. If you’re ever in Glasgow and need glasses, seek out Karen. You won’t find better service anywhere!
