(Cardiff Wales St David's)Got myself a pair of beautiful glasses today, immediately I was welcomed with a smile. Emily and Sophia are lovely and so professional. Well what can I say. Lost my glasses and a contact lenses so went to Pop Specs at Meadowhall. Laura was fantastic in helping me choose my glasses. Did distance and computer ones. Twenty minutes for each pair. Went back in 30 mins - all done. Laura thank you for your help as I wasn't sure i could drive back to Wiltshire the following day but you made it possible. Very friendly staff,but they didn't advise if the glasses didn't suit me I wouldn't  be able to exchange, obviously we wear glasses to see so was unable to see the the glasses on until they arrived So now I have glasses that I cannot wear,in future will be sticking with vision express,who will exchange if customer is not happy with their order.

Lovely glasses, limited editions and funky styles with great service and excellent choice at an incredible price. First pair were ready in 30 mins and the second pair a few days as they had a clip on sunglasses lens. Really hope communication from Dameer and Helen. I met the pop specs crew at the county fair last year and knew I’d try them out when I next needed glasses, I’m glad I did. I’ve recommended them to so many people already.
