After looking at all the usual suspects on the high street and seeing how long they took to process orders, I thought I would give this place a chance (Pop Specs - Nottingham). So glad i did. Sarita was very knowledgeable and honest. Helped me find my perfect style and got my glasses ready in super quick time. Can't thank you enough! Will recommend to all my friends.

Had to get new glasses urgently and went online and saw Pop Specs advertising their service at Meadowhall. With their later time finishing I was able to take my time and in the very last cases on display I came across the perfect light blue frame with slight angles on the top. Suited me well and Conner advised me to go for a coffee whilst he made them up. I went to five guys and really thirsty said to guy I just need a cold drink. He gave me a large cup and nodded over to the drinks dispenser for free even though I was happy to pay, thanked him totally surprised at the generosity. I think it was pineapple or something similar. Lovely drink took my time with it and then walked back to Pop Specs and Conner was waiting. Lovely man, friendly, approachable, knew what he was talking about and what suited me as well. A great service and would recommend them to anyone in need of new glasses. The best thing was that I didn't have to wait 5 or 10 days before getting them. Its almost instantaneous service.

Aidan and Pop Specs in GLASGOW were lifesavers. One month into a long trip I lost my RX sunnies.
Surprisingly there were many optical/sunglass places open on a Sunday, but I am so lucky that I was steered to this kiosk in Buchanan Shops mall right near the John Lewis store.
Aidan was just opening up and was SO. helpful!
I was able to pull up my prescription on my phone, Aidan found the correct lenses, we picked out a cute set of frames and 30 minutes later my problem was solved.
these are a little sharper than the pair I lost very happy with the service and the price!

Went into popspecs today at Silverburn and what a great experience. I struggled to decide on what frames to get due to the array of choice, and all staff were very patient with me. Service and advice was top notch and my new frames were ready in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be back for more.

Super happy with the service provided at pop-specs. I had an eye test somewhere else and couldn't find frames I liked better than the ones I already had. So I went to pop-specs after talking to them at the victoria centre in Nottingham. They were able to change just the lenses for a great price. Sarita did the initial consultation and was so professional, I was really impressed. A week later the lenses came and Dora swapped them over. No problems. No hassle. I popped for a coffee, and they were sorted. Brilliant.
