I needed a new lens prescription put into a pair or frames I already had and I needed them doing fast because I was going out of the country - I was a nightmare customer, basically. Two other big opticians in Nottingham told me they couldn't fit lenses to my existing frames and wouldn't be able to get a new pair done before I left anyway. But both opticians recommended I try Pop Specs in the Victoria Centre. Sarita and Harvey sorted me out within 40 mins and turned my stressful experience into a fun one - we even had a few laughs. It also cost a lot less than I had been expecting (£65). Finally, Harvey also serviced the hinges on my frames after discovering they were a little loose. Great value, brilliant and fast service. Totally and utterly recommended.
